Spavio.in is not responsible for any illegal activities, misconduct, or fraud committed by service providers or users. Any such incidents should be reported to appropriate authorities. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement if required.
Section B: Terms for Spa Owners and Individual Therapists
These terms apply to registered spas and therapists listing services on Spavio.in.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ and legally eligible to provide wellness services in your area.
- You must comply with all applicable health, safety, and licensing regulations.
2. Account & Service Information
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services and credentials.
- Do not offer or promote illegal or adult/sexual services on our platform.
3. Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the safety, legality, and quality of the services you offer.
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with customers.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of services.
- Soliciting or engaging in illegal or inappropriate conduct.
- Fraudulent transactions or review manipulation.
5. Disclaimer
Spavio.in is not responsible for any criminal activities, misconduct, or fraudulent behavior by service providers. If reported, we reserve the right to suspend your account and cooperate with legal authorities.
